Hi, my name is Jessica Peterson and I'm the new Publisher Mom for Macaroni Kid Pearland. I married my college sweetheart Robert in 2008, and we've lived in Pearland for the last 8 years. We have two kids - our 4 year old daughter Cadence will be starting kindergarten this fall and our son Milo is 10 months old. I hold a bachelor's degree in English and have over 6 years experience in the non-profit sector. I am starting a new part-time position this month at Interfaith Caring Ministries in League City as their Special Events and Communications Coordinator, which will still allow me time to devote to Macaroni Kid and with Pearland MOPS where I serve on their leadership team. My passions are finding fun and engaging things to do with my family, planning events and keeping people connected and informed. In my spare time I love to visit museums, read, go to the movies and try out new restaurants. The Macaroni Kid Pearland resource has the potential for such growth - I'd love to see the newsletter reach 1,500 subscribers and and Macaroni Kid have a more visible presence in the Pearland community. I'm proud to call Pearland home, and serve my community as the new face of Macaroni Kid Pearland.
